Welcome to the GoGo Mobility website.
The use of this website, the submission of contact requests, the booking of transportation services or mobility equipment rentals, as well as any other use of our services, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The websites www.gogomobility.gr and www.gogomobility.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Websites”) are owned and operated by GOGOMOBILITY E.E., a company registered in Corfu, Greece, with its headquarters located in Paleokastritsa – Skripero, Corfu, VAT Number: EL802347945, Tax Office of Corfu.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments shall become effective upon publication on the Websites.
2. Services
GoGo Mobility provides:
- Private transfer services.
- Accessible transportation services for individuals with mobility impairments.
- Rental of electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and other mobility equipment.
- Additional services as described on the Websites.
Service availability depends on the booking date and time, the service area, and the availability of vehicles, drivers, and equipment.
3. Bookings
Bookings may be made through the Websites, by telephone, or via e-mail.
A booking shall only be considered valid after confirmation by GoGo Mobility.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking in the following cases:
- Lack of availability.
- Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading booking information.
- Force majeure events.
- Circumstances affecting the safety or proper execution of the service.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the Websites include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
GoGo Mobility E.E. reserves the right to revise its prices without prior notice.
The applicable price for each booking is the price displayed at the time of booking and subsequently confirmed by the Company.
5. Customer Obligations
Customers are required to:
- Provide accurate and complete contact information.
- Inform the Company in advance of any special mobility requirements or additional equipment needs.
- Be present at the designated pick-up location at the agreed time.
- Use rented equipment in accordance with all safety instructions and operating guidelines.
Customers shall be liable for any loss or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized use of rented equipment.
6. Limitation of Liability
GoGo Mobility makes every reasonable effort to provide its services safely, professionally, and on time.
However, the Company shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services due to:
- Traffic conditions.
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Strikes or labor disputes.
- Accidents.
- Government actions, restrictions, or regulations.
- Force majeure events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
In all circumstances, the Company’s liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking concerned.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Websites, including but not limited to text, photographs, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, and other materials, is the intellectual property of GoGo Mobility E.E. and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, or use of Website content without the Company’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Any dispute arising from the use of the Websites or the services provided by the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Corfu, Greece.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

TRANSFER SERVICES
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund (100%).
- Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
- In the event of a No Show, the customer will be charged 100% of the booking value, and no refund will be issued.
Mobility Equipment Rentals
- Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund (100%).
- Cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total rental amount.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable.
Cancellations by the Company
If GoGo Mobility is unable to provide the booked service due to unavailability, technical issues, operational reasons, or any other reason attributable to the Company, the customer shall be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid.
Force Majeure
In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, GoGo Mobility reserves the right to reschedule the booking to a mutually agreed alternative date and time.
Where rescheduling is not possible, any refund or alternative arrangement shall be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the circumstances and applicable legal obligations.
